This 58 year old man received revisional surgery and conversion to duodenal switch. He has lost 75 pounds in 18 months. Before the operation he had a BMI of 41 and currently his BMI is 30. Before surgery he had sleep apnea and hypertension. Sleep apnea is resolved and his hypertension is greatly improved after his revisional duodenal switch surgery.
