This 22 year old man received laparoscopic vertical sleeve gastrectomy. He has lost 208 pounds and maintained his weight loss after 3 years. Before the operation he had a BMI of 58 and currently his BMI is 31. Before surgery he had decreased mobility, joint pain and depression.
